The winner - deranged pop song à la Lasmatic
It's about time to announce the winner of the Royal Lips Truckbitch remix contest, don't you think??? The contestants were many and style was wide. Very, very nice versions indeed!The authoritative MCM jury had hard time to decide who's to win. Well, sadly there can only be one winner. And the winner is Lassi Ylönen aka LASMATIC. Congratulations!
Here's some info that Lasmatic send us about the remix:
"In a nutshell, I dumped all the stems next to where the sun don't shine, often referenced to vagina, but left the vocals intact. I composed, arrenged, autotuned. My goal was to make deranged pop song à la Lasmatic. The structure is total radio pop. It was exhilarating and very fun to make this remix."
Lasmatic's remix will be on Royal Lips next release and will receive MCM merchandise.
